Hadley, MA — At the end of the season, the New England Small College Athletic Conference announced its 2016-2017 All-Conference men’s squash team.

With senior Ahmed Hatata being named NESCAC Player of the Year, Bates earned its sixth overall and fifth consecutive honor. Hatata went 19-1 during his senior campaign helping the Bobcats to a season-ending ranking of 16th in the nation. He was the 2014 NESCAC Rookie of the Year.

Thoboki Mohohlo (Trinity College) took home the honor of Rookie of the Year. He went 12-0 during the regular season and made it to the semifinals of the individual national championship (Pool Trophy). He is the fourth Trinity player to be honored as Rookie of the Year.

Middlebury head coach Mark Lewis was named Coach of the Year. This is the first time Middlebury has been honored with a NESCAC Men’s Coach of the Year award.
