Hanover, NH — Dartmouth is looking to improve on last season’s ranking of 11th. It has been two years since Dartmouth was ranked in the top 10, but returning is the goal for the season. The Big Green will need to replace 2014 graduates Chris Jung and Fletcher Pease, both staples of the squad’s line-up. The team is expecting three freshmen to join the squad, including one who will play in the top 3. “The three young men that will be joining our team have all demonstrated outstanding academic integrity as well as athletic and extracurricular achievements throughout their high school careers. After getting to know them, we have come to believe that they will be an amazing addition not just to the squash program but also to the Dartmouth community,” explains head coach Hansi Wiens. Dartmouth is focused on matches with Bates, Cornell, Navy, Penn, and Princeton. These teams were around Dartmouth in the rankings last season, and this season’s results will be critical to achieving the Big Green’s goal.
