Hanover, NH — Every two years, Dartmouth College hosts the Fall Classic. This year, this small tournament featured a number of schools, including Bowdoin, Franklin & Marshall, the Naval Academy, St. Lawrence, and Dartmouth.

This season’s event was part of a multi-stop road trip for Navy. They started with a win at Middlebury, joined the Dartmouth Fall Classic, and then went to Boston for victories against MIT and Tufts. On the trip, Navy coach Craig Dawson earned his 268th victory as the head coach of the Naval Academy to become the Academy’s all-time squash wins leader. He surpassed Hall of Fame coaches Art Potter and Dave Brown, who each recorded 267 victories for the Midshipmen.

In the match with Dartmouth, the Big Green defeated the Midshipmen, 6-3. Dartmouth also defeated St. Lawrence and Bowdoin, and lost to Franklin & Marshall.

At the match at the #2 position, Robert Maycock (Dartmouth) faced James Kacergis (Navy). Maycock won the match in three close games (11-6, 11-9, and 11-9).
