Cambridge, MA — At the 2011 Men’s College Squash National Team Championships, Rochester and Trinity played in the semifinals of the Potter Cup (“A” Division).

Rochester played a tight match with the top-ranked Trinity Bantams.  Eventually Trinity pulled away and won 6-3; however, early on, the Yellowjackets were in the mix for the majority of matches.

The match at the number 1 position featured Benjamin Fischer (Rochester) and Vikram Malholtra (Trinity). The two played a tight five-game match. After dropping the first game, Fischer won the second and third games. Malholtra tied it up by winning the fourth game.  Fischer and Malholtra played an exciting game 5, with Fischer winning the match 9-11, 11-7, 11-8, 8-11, and 11-8.
